Our HoTo services ensure a smooth handover from the builder to a building management committee or a residential association. We understand how important it is to get the right handover which is why we provide you with the best handover service there is. Our HoTo services help prevent future problems and enable the provision of basic maintenance services to the residents without any obstacles.
VAR’s HoTo service features
VAR Energy & Infra has its own proprietary system and checklist derived from the experience of having executed several such assignments at large scale over a period of time.
- Planning a comprehensive transition program.
- Deployment of a team to the building in question and checking for any anomalies. In this step, we ensure all the equipment supplied by the builder such as generators, STPs, pool, fire fighting systems and others are in proper working condition. We use methods such as thermography, vibration and pulse shock bearing analysis to monitor the equipment.
- One area that we especially focus on is the leakage in the building since it cannot be renovated later on. We cover any issues related to leakages beforehand.
- Next, we review the documentation that has the MEP design. We verify testing documents, and check on the asset installations. We monitor the asset condition assessment and adherence to legal compliances. VAR Energy & Infra has its own proprietary system and checklist derived from the experience of having executed several such assignments at large scale over a period of time.
- Once the list of problems are noted, we help you submit them to RWA. This allows RWA to formally ask the builder to resolve the issues in a stipulated deadline that only serves to enhance occupant experience.
